Antique, Circa 1930s, 14K Gold Emerald Cut Synthetic Spinel of beautiful wirework cutout artistic design.
The stone is large with beautiful color and clarity. The ring is size 7. Center Stone is 14 mm x 12 mm. The ornate design which lays like lace around the center stone has a combination of yellow gold and rose gold. As with most antique or vintage items that have been lovingly worn you will find flea bits in the top edge of stone with a more concentrated area at one corner.
1870s to 1880s gold filled taille d’ epergne slide bracelet marked “W.E.W. & CO.”. A 3/8 inch mesh band with pearl inlay slide with ornate design in a dangling chain motif. The bracelets were usually worn in pairs, one on one arm and one on the other. One bracelet has a missing tassel.
The bracelets were certainly lovingly worn but remain in very nice condition. There is expected gold loss to the sides of mesh bands and one single tassle is missing from one bracelet.
Vintage 14K Yellow Gold Conch Shell and Diamond Cameo Ring. Ring Size 6.5 - 3.50 dwt – The carved shell Cameo is approximately 20 mm x 15 mm. There are 6 diamonds. The diamonds are single cut with an approximate weight of .09 ctw, H-I in color and SI2 – I1 in clarity grade.
The ring is in beautiful condition. It has a lovely soft pink shell. Please note there is a ridge which runs across the Cameo about the mid-section. When viewed under high a powered lens the ridge is obvious but looks like a small line to the naked eye and only under close inspection.
18K white gold, diamond and garnet Edwardian/Art Deco bar pin brooch. This striking piece is finely crafted with delicate milgrain and decorative fleur de lis openwork. The diamond is a single cut with an approximate weight of .024 ctw, H-I in color and SI1 – SI2 in clarity grade.
This lovely delicate brooch has the old lobster claw closure which is a looser closure than modern closures to which we have become accustom. The two pear shaped gemstones are old mine cut and really look more like amethyst. I was surprised they tested as garnets. There is a slight variation in color between the two.
